Summer fun in Utah!

We were able to go through the Oquirrh Mountain Temple open house. It was huge and beautiful!

Our Most Recent Adventure

Day 1: We left around 10:30 and headed up to the St. Louis Zoo. Wes thought the Hippo tank was great, but it took him a little while to warm up to it. After we left the zoo we went to Sonic to get a drink (walking around the zoo is TIRING) and then drove about 30 minutes past Saint Louis and stayed the night.

Day 2: We woke up early and headed to Pittsburgh. We pulled into town just in time to find a parking place and head to PNC Park to watch the St. Louis Cardinals take on the Pittsburgh Pirates. The game was exciting with the Cardinals coming out on top :) Our seats were great, and Wes had a blast with his Grandpa, Grandma, Uncle Rick, Laura, Ryan, Joe, and Mike (he doesn't like being around us so much).

Day 3: We wore ourselves out walking around Pittsburgh. There was also a college football game that day so there were people EVERYWHERE. The City is beautiful with a lot of bridges crossing the river, and a nice riverwalk that goes right alongside it.
Day 3 Continued: We were able to go to another Game with the Cardinals winning again :) After the game there were fireworks which were AWESOME. Once again Wes spent his time as far away from us as he could get.
Day 4: We got back in the car and drove up to Cooperstown, NY to the National Baseball Hall of Fame. The town was little and had lots of little shops filled with baseball memorabilia. Todd, obviously was excited to be there.
Day 5: By day 5 I was pretty sick of baseball so I hung out with Wes outside while Todd continued to look around Cooperstown. Wes was practicing his "jumping" outside off of the curb and then would run up and then back down the sidewalk and "jump" again. (he needs a lot more practice). This particular time he ran to the end and posed just like this and said "cheese, mommy, cheese" Of course I had to open up my camera and snap this shot...that silly boy.

We were also able to drive home through Kirtland, Oh and drive by the Temple and visitors center. It was getting late so we didn't have time to tour or anything but it was still nice to see.

Day 6: We drove home...Hooray!

4th of July Parade at Brent and Linells

It is a tradition that we do "Every Year" or so say my kids. This is the second year. So Brent and Linell you have to keep it up. Thank you for putting it on for us and for organizing the barbque afterwards. We appreciate the memories we are making "Every Year" at your house on the 4th of July!

hiking, being a goof and staring out the window to wait for his Dad to come home from work. Emmitt is all boy and is loving his summer and so am I. He is always doing something that makes me laugh or want to barf like bringing me a dead rat and being quite proud of himself for finding a kitten yuck! Or telling the cashier at Wal-mart that she is stinky, well she was but I wasnt going to say it. Maybe I should work on my honesty, just not sure I am cute enough to pull it off like he did. He has also tooken up shoplifting as a hobby and came out of K-mart with some make up, only he got the wrong color I will have to work on that. Any ways thats my life and it all revolves around my little man. He is one crazy dude and I love it.

We saw our little one yesterday

We got to see our little baby yesterday and we found out we are having another little girl. We are very excited. She looked very healthy. And she is right on track - our due date is still October 22nd. So we are half way there. Yea!!!

Hey everyone! Im sure most of you know that Ryan and I are expecting our second baby due October 5th, and we found out today what we are having.....

A BOY!!!

We are so excited and are definately blessed to have another addition to our family. We saw our cute little baby sucking his thumb already! He is 14 ounces, really healthy, and photogenic as the ultrasound tech would say! We are happy to be here in missouri and tucker definately loves seeing his "papa" and "grammy" as often as he gets to. I am still gettin used to all of the storms you guys have here in missouri but hopefully i will get over it! Anyway, love all of you and hopefully there will be a birthday dinner sometime soon! Take care.

Baby's First Picture

Bradly and I are very excited about it. Our baby due December 2nd, but doctor told us that i might deliver 2 days earlier then my due date, so it might be November baby....:). we are excited to start our new family together...Life is just great for us...

Sydnie's Graduation

FYI - If some of you didn't know, Sydnie's graduation was postponed due to damage from the storm on Friday. The High School was missing some roof, electricity, and had 3 inches of water on the floor :(

The good news is Sydnie still gets to graduate. Graduation is now set for Wednesday, May 13, at 7:30 pm in the SBU chapel in Bolivar, MO.

Rex, I just wanted you to know how much I love you and how proud I am of you.... for all you have had to go through this past year. I am humbled at your example, your patients, and your ability to not speak unkindly of anyone. You have shown our family true Christlike behavior. At times that has been seen by some of us as weakness. You have many strengths. I am grateful for your testimony of the Gospel, for the way that you honor your priesthood, your priesthood duties and the service you give to others. You have a great love for the Savior, for your Children and for your Family. Take comfort in the Atonement. Know that Heavenly Father KNOWS you and LOVES you. He knows ALL. He knows the truth as do those that know you and love you.

1000 days and counting!!

Hey everyone... I just want to let you know that Ryan and I have been married for 1000 days now! I know its kind of random, but I am excited! I think thats a big number! Ryan is more than I could have ever asked for, and I love him more than ever. Thanks Ryan for an amazing 1000 days and I can't wait for a million more! <3

We just want to tell the news to everybody, who doesnt know yet.... get ready.... I'm pregnant(Irina speaking, haha). We are really excited and we appretiate all the congrants that we got from you. The due date is on December 6th. We are excited to come home in couple of weeks and see everybody. You are all invided to come and swim at our pool this summer, thats where all the parties will be everyday, haha just kidding!!!! Love you all, Brad and Irina
